In continuation of his reelection bid, Osun State Governor Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola is scheduled to visit Ede North, Ede South, Ede North Area Council , and Ede South East LCDA in Ede Federal Constituency today.

The Tabloid.net gathered that the governor’s visit would avail him opportunity to give update on developmental projects his administration had delivered in the two local governments, Local Council Development Area and Area Office since he took over three and half years ago.

A statement released by the Media and Communication Directorate of the Campaign Council and signed by Oluomo Sunday Akere, confirmed that Oyetola would on arrival at Ede around 12 noon proceed to the palace of Timi of Ede, Oba Muniru Adesola Lawal where he would meet all traditional rulers, Baales and titled Chiefs and pay traditional homage to them while he will receive royal blessings in return.

The statement added, “the governor and his entourage will later address party members, market men and women, artisans, members of ethnic groups and the general public at the Open Field of Oba Laoye Grammar School, Ede. All the people in the two local governments, LCDA and Area Office are enjoined to come out enmass and give a rousing welcome to the people’s Governor Alh Gboyega Oyetola as he forges ahead in his quests to take Osun State to the promised land.”
