The Secretary to the Osun State Government, Alhaji Teslim Igbalaye has joined well wishers of the Senator, representing Osun Central, Olubiyi Fadeyi, on his chieftaincy title, the Basofin of Ondo land, conferred on him by the Osemowe of Ondo, Oba (Dr) Ademefun Kiladejo.
Igbalaye congratulated Fadeyi and described him as a pride of Osun State with what he called his noteworthy contributions at the Senate and his desire to make life better for his people.
The SSG maintained the Senator is rightfully worthy of the honour.
“I heartily congratulate my good brother on this meritorious honour bestowed on him by Oba Dr. Ademefun Kiladejo. This largely shows that everyone in Osun and beyond are in awe of your outstanding contributions to human development.
“You have showed good representation since you assumed your role at the Senate, and I’m sure that your constituents are proud and lucky,” he said.
The Governor of Osun State, Ademola Adeleke, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, Otunba Dele Momodu, Osun State PDP Chairman, Hon. Sunday Bisi and Barr Kamoru Ajisafe, Special Adviser to the Governor on Tax matter, were all in attendance.
