Osun State Governor-Elect, Senator Ademola Adeleke has felicitated the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi on his 45th birthday anniversary today.
Adeleke, in a congratulatory message he personally signed, described Oba Ogunwusi as an astute royal figure, who consistently exhibits deep interest in the promotion of Yoruba culture.
The governor-elect also said that the royal father has been an epicentre of humility on high horse of greatness and indeed a philanthropist of note.
He said, “On the occasion of his royal Majesty birthday, I join people across the globe to acknowledge Kabiyesi’s exceptional ability to inspire selfless leadership as can be attested to in the ease which ‘Baba’ always come to the rescue of the weak and give people the needed support to aim for their dreams.
“It is my prayer that God Almighty continue to bestow on Kabiyesi the strength and zeal in his service to the people to bring about more progress and tranquility in Yorubaland and beyond.
