She is Ganiyat Gbenro but only a few know her by that identity. She is globally known as Linda Togo. Currently resident in Germany but an indigene of Ikoyi-Osun in Osun State, she is a fitness and dance content creator, promoting healthy living, African culture and positive lifestyle. Aerobics and you, what is the secret behind your bond?
Aerobics helps me stay fit, active and full of energy. It is my fun way of taking care of my body and keeping a healthy routine.
Also, you and dance are seemingly insaparable. Where lies the connection?
Dance is my way of expressing joy, culture and confidence. It keeps me active while connecting me with people across different backgrounds and generations.

Alhaji Dr. Sikiru Ayinde Barrister represents deep African musical heritage. His music inspires me, keeps our culture alive and proves that good music has no age limit.
Can you briefly highlight health benefits of exercise?
Health and social benefits of exercise is that it improves physical fitness, mental health and self confidence. Socially, it connects people, builds community, reduces stress and promotes positive lifestyles.
How helpful is social media to your activities?
Social media is very important to me. It helps me share my workouts and dance, connect with people from different countries and inspire others to live healthy and stay active. It has really helped my visibility and growth.
Are there also evils of social media?
Yes; sometimes, there can be negative comments, misunderstanding, fake accounts and pressure to always be active due to my work life. But I focus on the positive side and use it responsibly.
