The Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke has expressed affectionate gratitude to God for sparing the life of his elder sister, Chief Mrs Modupeola Adeleke-Sanni on her birthday today.
The governor particularly savoured the opportunity to celebrate with his sister as Governor of Osun State, the first she would celebrate since he assumed office as the state helmsman.
In the emotion laden message, Adeleke recalled the memorable roles Yeyeluwa had played in his life since his childhood days, not just as a sister, but more as a mother.
His words: “My Sister, my everything. I will never forget the reasons why divine providence had bound us together since our early days in life. We shared so many laughs and thoughts and also boosted each other up when we were down.
“You’ve been that very strong pillar I leaned on during so many crunchy moments of my life. You are a strong woman inside out and I believe still, there are plenty of sweet memories to come”
“Your resourcefulness had propelled my industrious instincts as well as providing a veritable learning curve for me growing up till the present height. You are one seriously resourceful woman, sis”
“I know you have been through so many hard times too, but you never gave up..You are my idol and you know it. I love you for your inner stamina, the strongest woman in this entire world with such a positive approach to life.
