The steadily-rising fuji musician, Alhaji Azeez Adisa otherwise called Bessy Wonder, is counting down to his scheduled musical tour to the US in August.
The Ilorin-based Adisa told TheTabloid.net that the tour was being packaged by a US company, SG Entertainment and Cultural Promotion Artists Management of Mr Apase Bobby Oseni.
Oseni, it was learnt, had carved a niche for himself in the industry with some musicians on list of his accomplishments.
Bessy Wonder disclosed that Oseni’s antecedent made the 2022 tour appealing to his desire.
Though he is not travelling with his band members, owing, according to him, to logistics issue, Azeez has promised lovers of fuji music, especially fans of the late Dr Sikiru Ayinde Barrister in the US, a cruise they would remember until he returns to them in subsequent tour.
“Alhaji Barrister, my role model had a standard which I must sustain if I cannot improve on it. But as you can see, we are doing our best every week to make him proud because he worked very hard to leave this legacy behind for me and my fellows who follow his footstep in music. I want to assure our fans in the US that they will have value for their money,” he promised.
Bessy Wonder, who first toured the US in 2017, is expected to perform at no fewer that 20 states, including New York, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, Maryland and others.
To his fans in Nigeria, Besco said, “This journey will not affect Nigeria booking once our clients can abide with the term and condition.”
According to the plan, the tour will be rounded off in December.
